This website is comprised of various web pages operated by Gigtsy.         https://www.gigtsy.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of https://www.gigtsy.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms.

About Gigtsy

https://www.gigtsycom is a work for hire marketplace.

Gigtsy is a work marketplace platform built to bridge the gap between businesses and freelancers. Businesses (employers) can easily post jobs based on their requirements and freelancers can bid on these jobs. A single job can get several bids that are placed by different freelancers (one freelancer can bid only once on a job). 

Employers can review the bids, select the best ones, chat with them, negotiate terms, hire the best freelancer, and start the project. Once the freelancer is done with the project, they can submit the work and wait for the employer's response.

The task is considered completed based on mutual discussion and understanding between the employer and freelancer. And with this, the task can be marked as completed. When a task is completed, the payment discussed initially will be released and given to the freelancer. A small platform fee is deducted from this amount before the freelancer gets the payment.

Electronic Communications

Visiting https://www.gigtsy.com or sending emails to Gigtsy constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email, and on the site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Gigtsy is not responsible for third-party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account.

Gigtsy and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.

Children Under 18 

Gigtsy does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may not use https://www.gigtsy.com.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Both parties can cancel their contract at any time. However, each of them will be required to leave feedback for the other party. The amount in escrow will only be released back to the employer after a waiting period of 7 to 10 days, to ensure that no one is being mistreated and misused. 

In case a freelancer has already completed the work and the employer cancels the contract just to avoid paying the freelancer, the freelancer can raise a dispute regarding the same with our support team. For questions please contact info@gigtsy.com
